Can I pay Georgia State tax at the end of year?

I hold 2 jobs. One is with a W-2 and one is with a 1099-NEC. There's an option to withhold extra federal income tax on my W-2 job to pay for the federal tax I may owe on my other 1099-NEC job but they don't have an option for state tax. Setting up quarterly payments are not preferred.

If I owe about $1500-$1800 in GA state tax, can I pay it all in lum sum at the time of filing (end of year)? If not, what's the underpayment penalty rate? Single filer, no dependent, no extra deduction besides standard deduction.

The "Income Tax" section of Penalties in this Georgia tax reference should answer your questions:

    https://dor.georgia.gov/penalty-and-interest-rates#Income%20Tax%20(Both%20Individual%20and%20Corporate)
