Can I reconcile the premium tax credit using 8962. Is this done automatically by Turbo Tax.

Yes, this is the purpose of form 8962. When you enter your form 1095-A, TurboTax will automatically populate form 8962 and calculate whether you have an extra premium tax credit or you have to repay part of your premium tax credit already received.

 

Form 8962 is included in your tax return.
