Yes. I made the mistake of entering 0’s for these forms that did not apply to me instead of leaving it blank. Go to state taxes, then other-tax credits. Then go to non/refundable credits and make sure the boxes do not have a value. It should be left blank. I also deleted form IT-255, the form for solar and wind energy credit, in the tools section from the drop down menu on upper left of screen.

This finally worked!! Thanks so much! If you have an on-line version of Turbotax, you can't see lines so you have to go to the section "Other Tax Credits" then "Non-Refundable Credits". After you get to that section, make sure those boxes are blank! I had zeros in both boxes.
