Yes.  Follow the instructions of @ChrisJ here to prepare Minnesota M1PR after you have already filed your Federal and state income tax returns.

 

Renters must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid, for each rental unit you lived in during 2022. You need this to calculate your refund. Your property owner or managing agent must give you a completed 2022 CRP no later than January 31, 2023. Include it with your completed return.
