Can I submit Cal. form 3840 now? Tubo tax did not generate Cal. Form 3840 for 2023.
Turbo tax automatically generated Cal Form 3840 for 2021 and 2022, but not for 2023. Just realized it now that this form is missing when I submitted my California state income tax on 4/02/2024. Do I need to send an amendment or just submit the missing form? There are no changes on Form 3840. It is just for the purpose of reporting as a requirement for Like-Kind Exchanges. Pleases advise.
