Can't e-file for NY because it says I have claims for Solar and Wind Energy Credit carryover when I don't. What do I do?

I have already deleted/said no in federal for solar, redid by NY state taxes, and I'm still getting this issue

TurboTax Deluxe Online

To remove the Solar Energy Credit Carryover:

Open your NY return and continue to the screen Take a look at New York credits and taxes
Scroll down to nonrefundable Credits and click start or Update
Make sure the boxes are blank. Don't enter 0.

If that doesn't work, follow the instructions provided by AmyC to delete the form Other Tax Credits and Taxes Worksheet'
