I downloaded one free state fine and tried to purchase an additional state for $45 and then I signed into my Intuit account fine and then after I chose the state, it says I hit a little bit of snag and I am stalled. I couldn't purchase another state. I tried to restart my computer and log on again to TurboTax desktop but still same error persists. Please help!
