Can you send me a pdf with the "Special Oregon Medical Subtraction Worksheet"? It wasn't produced when I file electronically.

2) and.....if that "worksheet" was actually used in preparing your OR e-filed forms.

3) Then you can get a copy by saving/printing out a full-extended PDF file of everything, including the worksheets.
