Cannot access State Tax - it keeps looping

After choosing my state - OH - I select Let's finish OH now. I choose to continue working on my state return and it sends me back to choosing my state again. I select done with states. It analyzes it and back to choosing my state window.  I need a solution.  I saved and left the program.  Went back in.  It didn't say I needed any updates.  The same loop happens.

    Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

     

    Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

    I have this same problem on TurboTax Desktop - tried the solutions, nothing worked

    Close out of your desktop program completely. Revisit your return and select the Online tab, then Check for Updates. Finally, select State Taxes tab.
