cant efile state

can't efile state tax because w2 form line 12.  I'm retired and have no w2

    You might have an empty W-2 that transferred in from last year's file.

    ________________

    1) IF you are using "Desktop" software, switch to Forms Mode, then select and delete any W-2 forms you find there .

     

    2) IF using the "Online" software, go to the left-side Tools menu, then select "Delete a Form" and delete any W-2 forms you see in the list of forms.
