I am a non-resident and started a job in Detroit in 2023. I work from home 3-4 days a week and others in office in Detroit. Employer did not withhold any City taxes in 2023 and turbotax just says no refund or balance due so forms don't pop up to fill out. In theory, I should owe roughly 30% (1.5 average days in office) of the 1.2%. How do i get Turbotax to do this?
