I work in columbus

I lived in heath for 5 months in 2024 before moving to columbus

The local tax on my w2 is all for columbus

How do fill out the city tax forms for both cities? How do i allocate the taxes withheld to each one?

If you did not file the city with the state return, you can file it online with RITA here.

Use your pay stubs to figure out what wages belong to each locality and likewise you will use the local withholding for each return even though all of it was withheld for Columbus. The cities may work out the rest of the details, each state and locality are different.
