Collecting and Remitting Sales Tax From Online Sales

Hello, I currently live in the state of Illinois and I was wondering when running my online business do I only have to register with the state of Illinois to collect and remit sales tax? My online business is a dropshipping store on shopify so all taxes for each state are automatically calculated. I am just unsure if I have to register will every single state to collect and remit sales tax or can I just register with the state that I live in (Illinois)? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    This would be a question for your States Secretary of State.  TurboTax helps with Income Tax not Sales Tax.
