Hi,

I am a resident of Texas - No State Income Tax. I work for an Airline and am Based in Denver, Colorado. I had an unemployment claim with the State of Colorado in 2020. Do I need to file a NonResident Return for the Colorado Unemployment Compensation 1099 I received?

Yes, you will need to file a Colorado nonresident tax return for the Unemployment received from the state of Colorado.
