Colorado State Sales Tax Refund (Tabor) fpr 2023

I have completed my entries in Turbotax for both Federal and State Taxes.  Turbotax did not give me the Tabor Refund on line 34 of $1600.  I have a tax liability for 2023, but show a refund from Tax calculations due to over estimating quarterly tax credits paid during the year. I'm a full time resident of Colorado,  I have not been incarcerated, and will file my taxes as soon as this issue is resolved (before April 15th).  Why would Turbotax decide I do not qualify for this refund.

Using TurboTax Online, I am able to claim the $800 TABOR refund.

In the Colorado state income tax return, see the screen Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund.

The refund was credited on line 34 of 2023 Colorado Individual Income Tax Return.

Information about the refund may be found at the Colorado Department of Revenue website here.

it is important to note that certain individuals must file by April 15 in order to claim the refund.
