My company moved their headquarters from Washington to Oregon in April. Since I now do the work IN Oregon, how do I file partial for Washington and the remaining work in Oregon (April - Dec).

Washington state does not have a personal income tax.  If you're a Washington resident, you only have to file a non-resident Oregon tax return.  Oregon taxes non-residents on earnings from work physically performed in Oregon.  So you have to pay income tax to Oregon on your earnings from April to December.

Also, they are not reciprocal states since only one of the two states has an income tax.
