Completing CA Form CA 540NR for 2022

    If you used TurboTax to prepare your 2022 federal return, you can use the desktop download software to prepare -- and then mail -- a 2022 state return.   If you did not use TurboTax to prepare your 2022 federal return, you will not be able to use TT for a "stand alone" state return.

    A 2022 return cannot be e-filed.  It must be filed by mail.
