Credit card Info rejected when trying to submit WI State e-file return. Why?

Log completely out of your account. Log back in and check to make sure you are entering everything again accurately. The address information must match exactly what is at the bank. Look for differences such as: Ave vs. Avenue or P.O. Box vs. PO Box. AND, the address must match at the bank. Make sure the information isn't being prefilled by the browser and you aren't copy/pasting the information. Make sure to clear the fields completely and then re-type the information.
