No...Your Federal file "might" have been accepted....not likely has it been approved.
The IRS is only pulling some test files this week, they may not actually be processed until next week....or even a couple weeks later if they are overloaded (they are).
___________________ Whether the CT tax file will be sent out now...or perhaps sometime next week is unknown by anyone here.
Those who file early are the test subjects, where all kinds of filing and processing problems are discovered....never file early, never before early-mid February.

For 2022? The state won't be filed or accepted until the federal is accepted. And the IRS won't start taking efiles until Jan 23 or later.
For 2021 or a prior year log in and see if state was filed and accepted too. Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Then when you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile. Check back though your emails if you have them.
