Question

Date you became resident of North Dakota I entered 09/15/2009 Evidently wrong answer. What do I enter in that field??? Confused

The residency dates fields are for part-year residents who move in or out of a state during the current year. If you moved out of North Dakota, use 01/01/2020 as your starting residency date even if you lived in ND since 2009. The form is only interested in your residency for 2020 since it only covers that year.
