DC-30 for 2021 for property owners living outside of DC

I live in Virginia but own a rental property in DC.  It appears I am supposed to file a DC-30 form with the DC tax authority, but I am flummoxed about why I cannot just do this through my Turbo Tax Premier product.  I tried adding DC state taxes, and all I am allowed to do there is file as a non-resident, with no reference to the rental property.  With all the expenses, etc., the condo doesn't show to have brought any profit.  Not sure if that is relevant.  But it definitely brings in more than $12,000 in gross rent.

Assuming that you’re referring to Form D-30, Unincorporated Business Franchise Tax Return rather than Form DC-30, this isn’t in your TurboTax package because it’s a form for computing franchise tax, as opposed to income tax.

See Filing your return in the 2021 Instructions for Form D-30 for filing guidance.
