I work for a Delaware company remotely from pennsylvania full time. My employer does not have a location for me to work from Delaware. Does the convenience of the employee rule apply to me? Do I have to pay Delaware taxes?

Since your employer doesn't provide a location for you to work in Delaware, the convenience of the employer rule does not apply and you should not pay tax to Delaware.

If you've had Delaware taxes withheld from your pay, you will need to file a nonresident return with zero Delaware income so that you can get a refund of the withholding.
