I am using Desktop version of Turbo Tax. I can not file NY State electronically because of a solar and wind energy credit carryover which I don't have.
How do I fix this? Form IT-225 has 0 for A-108.
Can I file Federal taxes today while this problem with the NY State form gets resolved?
Prefer to do both today.
