Do I need to file 2018 New Jersey(NJ) State tax return if I Moved from NJ to Maryland(MD) 2 years ago and all my income is from MD in 2018, but still own a condo in NJ?

You would have to file an NJ return if you're renting the condo out and have net rental income.  Rental income from property located in NJ is taxable by NJ.

If you have no rental income from NJ, and no other NJ-source income, you don't have to file an NJ return.
