do I need to file IL and WI Federal taxes if I live in WI and work in IL

Turbotax is estimating that I will owe a substantial amount of IL state taxes because I live in WI and work in IL. However, they are reciprocal states

    You do not have to file an Illinois nonresident state tax return if you are a resident of Wisconsin and you did not have Illinois tax withholding.  You can delete the Illinois tax return so that you are not double taxed.
