Florida does not levy an individual income tax so you do not have to file an income tax return with the state.

If tangible personal property is used in connection with your business you may be required to file a DR-405 with your local county property appraiser (although you do not have to use TurboTax for that purpose).

The definition of "tangible personal property" tends to vary among the county property appraisers throughout the state (as do filing methods) and, therefore, it would be wise to check with your local county property appraiser for precise information.
