Do I need to mail my out-of state W-2s to PA as a non resident grad student?

I am a full time grad student in PA. This is my first time completing a PA state return. I am a resident of another state and have W-2s from the state I am a resident of, as well as one from PA. In completing my PA (nonresident) state return on TurboTax, it stated that I need to mail-in a copies of my non PA W-2s and I had to complete a statement of explanation. I am ready to submit my taxes but don't have any additional information about mailing in my physical W-2s to PA. How do I proceed with this?

PA wants copies on any W-2s that have tax withheld for another state while you were living in PA.

Your statement should list the amounts and payors of the compensation along with the total amount reported on Line 1a of the PA-40.

Your statement should also explain the difference between Medicare and PA wages. In your case it would be because you were a part year resident.

As a guide use instructions for the PA W-2 Reconciliation Worksheet.

You can upload your information: Do I need to mail any forms to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue – for example, my W-2, W2-G, 1099-MISC or Form 1098 – when using myPATH?
