California requires electronic payment of taxes if you've: -made an estimated tax or extension payment over $20,000; OR -Filed an original return with a tax liability over $80,000. By looking at my W-2, I am confused If I make an estimated pay over $20,000 based on either block 16 or 17 on my W-2.

Select 'No', this does not apply to your situation. Your withholding is not considered estimated tax. Your employer is sending your withholding which does not require you to send any estimated tax electronically.
