Question

Do NOT use/PAY for the Maine state form. After 45m phone call re ME deduction, I pd but deduction I had asked about NOT there doubling taxes owed. Told NO refund of $39?

I now have to fill out a Maine state tax form myself with the pension deduction & submit. Turbo should provide way to check imp info like this before requiring payment. After 8 years w Turbo, seems like a one time refund of $39 is not too much to ask?
