Does VA State TT automatically deduct disability from FAGI? That case is an example subtraction from fed income to be entered, but it looks like TT does it itself.
Under Other Subtractions from Federal Income, one example given is:
"Other Subtractions include:
- disability income reported as wages"
Looking at previous year's return, it looks like the VA state form already makes this subtraction from FAGI, but turbotax makes it sound like something I should add. So subtract disability or not?
