Question
Double Charged for State Filing
Anyone know how to resolve this new issue. I bought Deluxe, Federal + 1 State.
i live in NH and have no state income tax to file. I work in MASS. and want to use my state filing, just like the last 10 years (using turbo Tax) but the software made me buy a second state filing for $45 additional.
why ?
I must have been on the phone for at least 3 hours multiple times to get past this... to no avail i gave up and paid it.... now i want a refund..... never happened in the past. and i cannot believe i am the only person to live in NH and work in MASS.
advice ?!
