How do I determine the tax paid to delaware on double tax income? It states "not" use Delaware withholdings. If I dont use the total paid to the Delaware then where do I get this total? We live in MD, husband works in Delaware and wife works in MD.

Thank you.

When you are filing multiple states, you need to file your non-resident state first.  When you complete your non-resident state, you will then look at DE line 41 to see your total taxable income for DE.

This is the amount you will enter for MD as the income that has been double taxed.
