If you do not want to claim child daycare credit on your New Mexico state return, delete the PIT-CG.

Delete a Form:

Sign into your account and go into the return

Open the “Tax Tools” drop-down on the left side bar

Click on “Tools” on that drop-down

Click Delete a form (the third one down) on the “Tools Center” screen

Scroll down and click “Delete” next to Form PIT-CG

I have" deleted the Form process" a bunch of times but it doesn't do anything,I do it and "start over", and when I review it still is there???

I asked and the answer I got was that you delete the state return and start it over.

Yes I have done that numerous times also, the form 2441 on the federal side has disappeared, but not the PIT-CG form on the state return, I have deleted over and over but it still remains there in the tool box

I found that there is an error with PIT-RC https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/7143166 The only advice for that is to print and mail. I know you said PIT-CG but it's all I can find on my side.

Turbo tax absolutely sucks regarding no pit forms. I may have to use a different preparer as I was rejected 6 times this year before I was able to basically trick the software into filling out pit rc correctly. Everytime I would go to revisit the error it would just bring me right back to the efile page and not let me fix pit rc. And the only way to review everything was to download it by checking mail in. Then changing it back once I got the columns to match up

PROBLEM SOLVED!

SOLUTION: Delete State return and redo then continue process.

Go to Menu and select State then delete the state return and start it over, continue with process until end.

This worked for us. Hope it helps!
