E-File Ineligibility

I am getting an error for e-file ineligibility: "Returns with added qualifying children for Idaho Grocery Tax Credit per a Court Order are not eligible for electronic filing. You must file an Idaho return by mail with the Court Order attached."

I am the custodial parent, but have filled out Form 8832 and the other parent claims my child. I have confirmed that there are 0 dependents added on for the Grocery Tax Credit and only myself is listed, I have selected custodial parent, and confirmed it is in my personal info as "Non-dependent-for EIC/Dependent-Care only".

I did not have this issue last year.
