E-Filed on 1/16, IRS accepted 1/19, NYS e-file is still pending. S

Hi there, as stated in the subject, I e-filed both my IRS & NYS tax returns on January 16th (and they are as easy as they get, not complicated). IRS accepted on 1/19 and the refund already hit my account. NYS is still in pending status. Is this something to be concerned about, or do State returns just not start pulling the e-filed returns until a later date? The virtual assistant was of no help at all.

Even if you filed your federal and state returns at the same time, your state may not start processing your state return at the same time as the IRS processes the Federal return. Your state return may remain in pending status several days after your federal return has been accepted. Please see this TurboTax help article for more information.
