I finished my return and paid intuit 19.99 to efile my ca state tax return and I keep getting a message telling me that I need to file my turbo federal and state return together. I efiled my federal retun 2/13/20 and I paid 19.99 to efile the Ca state return and the same message keep blocking me from efiling the state.
