efile for VA

On the Review Your VA Filing Info (after choosing and signing efile consent) it says:

You are signing your return on paper. We'll take care of printing the form you need after you efile".

then it says "efile consent" with an edit button. (I already went in and consented to the efile).

I am efiling the 760PY form. The VA site says it can be efiled online. What is TT talking about when it says you have to sign your return on paper after efiling?

There are a couple of meanings possible.

1. Some states actually want you to print the form and sign it and then stick it in a drawer. I have no idea why this is.

2. You have some form that needs to be mailed in. Please check forms here. I see that the part year return can be e-filed without an issue but perhaps you have some odd form in there that needed to be mailed? The program should have told you to mail anything extra. I would rather you check that all of your forms were filed.
