eFile my State of Georgia tax return

I tried to eFile my State of Georgia tax return and was not able to.  Apparently I have to have a State eFile Confirmation Number.  The message I received on my computer had phone # [phone number removed] to call.  I tried this, but could not get anything.  I had a Serial Number for me to give to the Turbo Tax agent so that I could get the Confirmation Number.  The last person I spoke with finally said I could not eFile my Georgia tax return.  I thought that made absolutely no sense at all since this is a CD platform designed to file Federal and State tax returns.  How can I get this information?Bobby Sanders
