Electric vehicle tax credit

I am unable to do my return because of a tax credit question about buying an electric vehicle. I can not skip this and it keeps circling back to make me fill it out. I did not purchase one of the qualifying vehicles. How do I bypass this.

Is this regarding CO innovative vehicle credit?

Dr0617 form is used to calculate the innovative motor vehicle and innovative truck credit available for your purchase or lease of a qualifying motor vehicle or truck.

If you are not claiming the credit:

Open your CO state return
continue until you get to the screen Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes
Scroll down to Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit
On the screen Motor Vehicle Tax Credit Assigned to Financing Company? Answer Yes. (your answer won't be part of your state return).
