Employer's state ID number

My W-2 lists, in box #15: FL , #16: the same wages listed in box #1, and box# 17: 0.00. The 'Employer's state ID number' is highlighted with Needs info. Can anyone help?

    Since state income tax is not withheld in Florida and there would not be a state ID number, try entering the Federal ID in the box asking for a state ID.
