I use to live in New Mexico but moved to Kansas at the end of 2022 and I transferred to a different branch of my job located in Kansas. My employer did not change my address so I have been paying taxes in both Kansas and New Mexico for over a year. Since I have mot lived or worked un New Mexico in over a year I am not sure how to file to get that money back

@6531lc  If New Mexico tax was withheld in error, you will need to submit a completed PIT-1 and PIT-B or an application for refund and a copy of the W-2 or income source document showing New Mexico Withholding.
