Endless loop for 2024 California tax forms

TurboTax Home & Business for 2024: Get "let's finish your CA taxes first" when doing checks. Then get "let's work on state refund". Then get recommended states window, with offer to buy CA, but already bought and downloaded, with all state forms not showing any errors. Then yet another window offering to buy Live Tax Advice, which I declined. Then "Let's make sure your taxes are correct. Then back to "Let's finish your CA taxes first." Endless loop. TurboTax, help, please. This message posted 1-29-2025.

If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to the section to see if this resolves your issue.

Some suggestions from other users include checking your W-2/1099-R entries in your Federal return. If you see an 'untitled' one on your Summary page (or one without an amount), delete it. Your state return may be expecting an entry for this.

Thanks for help. E- filed federal and CA state returns on Jan 30, both accepted same day. State return refund received Feb 3; wow. Federal return still shows “processing” as of Feb 6, so still early for Federal.
