So, in July I moved from KY to IN, so worked half year in each state. TT is asking me this, on "Wages and Salaries" shows a value that I cant find anywhere in my W2, and "Taxable Refunds" it has nothing. It give me the option to edit, but idk which value to put.

If you worked in each state for half the year, enter half your total income (Box 1 on your W-2) for each state.

Did you let your employer know that you moved?

Kentucky and Indiana have a reciprocal agreement, so if you let your employer know, he should have been withholding Kentucky tax and when you moved your employer should have withheld Indiana tax.

Did you have only one employer all year?

Did you have two states Kentucky AND Indiana listed for boxes 15, 16 and 17 on your W-2?

If yes, use those amounts (box 16) for each state (box 15).
