Error message downloading the State (CA) module - 2023

I downloaded the Federal and everything works but in downloading the free state (CA) for 2023 tax year, I am getting a message that "Error Downloading your TurboTax State.  It could not be downloaded and please try later".  I have singed off and back on as I saw in similar post from two years ago and by now I am sure the CA state module should be ready and operational in TurboTax Premier.   Anyone else run into this?  Help please!!

    Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.

    Nope, it did not.  Neither did using the zip file intuit sent me since it only ran on Windows, Neither did spending an hour with the Service Rep which got disconnected and never heard back.  Need to figure out where to go from here.  Thank you for checking in , but no resolution after 30 days.

    Other thing to try.

     

    1) From WITHIN the software itself...got to the upper left "File" menu item to make sure you are Signed In  a TTX account.  There's a sign-in in that dropdown menu.

     

    Then try again

    2)  After making sure that #1 is signed in....open  a browser and sign int your TTX/Intuit account separately...leave that open...then go back to your Software to attempt the download.

    IF it's a MAC, maybe the MAC users have an idea specific to that computer
