I'm attempting to file my 2023 PA State Tax electronically but there's an error message on Turbo Tax's PA Schedule D-1, line 16. The line should be empty / blank but Turbo Tax automatically fills in a 0 (zero) which is resulting in an error message, which is then precluding me from filing my 2023 PA State tax electronically. How do I resolve this error?
