Question

Exempt Tribal Income? I work in Tulsa County, which is part of Cherokee Tribe, which I am a Cherokee indian.

    You would need to live and work on "Indian Country land" in order for the income to be exempt from Oklahoma income tax. It is not exempt from federal income tax.
