"Explain my taxes" button only shows FED not State.

How can I see the "Explain my taxes" for the state return? There is a great summary and comparison to previous year but only has federal numbers. [clicking on "explain my taxes" at the top and getting "See how your federal numbers are adding up" pop up box]

I asked to add MAX to get "priority care" from a product specialist, but there is no link or number to actually get that care.  I just need someone to confirm my Oregon kicker is applied and to show me that the pre-paid taxes have been applied for the state return. It is showing NO credits for the state although I have pre-paid and am also due a kicker credit.
