FAILED_VALIDATION - State of New Mexico

Looks like there is something wrong with State Filing for New Mexico in Turbo Tax Desktop.  I paid extra for the State Filing, but when I try to file it says FAILED_VALIDATION. There is an update available for your version of Turbo Tax.

This comes up when I try to file the State Taxes even after the software just IMMEDIATELY before I tried to file, did an update. 

I theorize that there is a disconnect between the State of New Mexico filing site and the Turbo Tax program associated with State ID (License) and how New Mexico handles VALIDATION!

I filed Federal Taxes just fine separate from the State, but the State File won't load to New Mexico.

Please advise or refund my State Filing fee.  I can load my taxes manually on the State site if I have to.

    No Bueno!  Gonna reverse the charges for my State Filing and just file manually!  POS!

    Anyone at Turbo Tax have a solution?  I paid money for a State Filing that doesn't work.  I've contested the charges on my CC, but I'm giving you folks an opportunity to make this right.  Otherwise for other users, buyer beware!

    @Mtbdug No one on this forum can assist you with any type of TurboTax account billing problem.

     

    You will have to contact TurboTax support for a refund/cancellation of the state tax return e-filing fee when using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.  Use the key words Billing Issue.
