Federal Carryover Worksheet Total Payments Withheld
I'm trying to finish up my taxes and had form pop up, I'm completely confused. The form is a Federal Carryover Worksheet, it's asking for total payments withheld, for California 2022 taxes. I was self employed and had no taxes withheld. Am I supposed to put Zero? I looked at my 1040 from last year, both California and Federal income tax withheld are blank. I did owe federal last year, but I'm not sure if that's even relevant to this form.
