Our Federal filing looks correct, but our State filing is missing one 1099-R from the list that appears on the "DE SCHEDULE IV - W-2 AND 1099-R INFORMATION" schedule. Also missing a small W-2 account.
We'll see how well Turbotax responds to the problem. So far I haven't found anyone to talk to there.
